Return Policy

**RETURN POLICY**

 **RETURNS CAN ONLY BE ACCEPTED IF:**

You request a return within [7] calendar days of receiving your order. If a defective item is still in possession and not returned after [7] days from the date received it will be considered as human-caused defects. If you receive faulty or damaged item(s), please contact us immediately at hello@suijewelry.com with 2 - 3 clear images, your order number, and a detailed description, and we will be in touch with next steps.

 

Please take note that only the reasons eligible for return/exchange are stated below:

- Incorrect Size - Rings & bangles with different size schemes only

- Due to hygiene reasons, we do not provide returns or exchanges for earrings unless received in defective condition.

- Incorrect Item Sent

- Manufacturer Defect Item. Please note that baroque pearls and natural pearls are unique, and each one has its own distinct appearance. Therefore, unless the product has a quality issue, we cannot accept returns based on differences in appearance.

- Sale products

- The item is unused and in its original condition. We do not accept returns of items that have been worn, scratched, or damaged.

 

**RETURN PROCEDURE:**

- Every item that has applied for return/exchange needs to have proof of purchase (Sui Jewelry official receipt, E-invoice, etc).

- The item is in its original packaging and unworn. We can only accept the return of 'gift sets' if all original components and packaging are in original, unused condition.

- All items, including gift boxes, must be protected in secure packaging when you return the item.

- Please be aware that our returns warehouse is in China and the customer is responsible for the shipping charges and customs clearance fees when making returns, and the original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Sui Jewelry is not responsible for return shipping and taxes, nor is it responsible for items lost during returns, and refunds will only be made after delivery of the items is confirmed.

 

**CANCELLATIONS:**

Orders can only be canceled or changed within 1 hour after ordering. We cannot extend this due to the automatic processing with our suppliers. Please send an email as soon as possible to hello@suijewellery.com.

 

**CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES:**

Before placing your order, please ensure that all the details are correct. We do not offer cancellations or exchanges for incorrect orders, including incorrect product items, quantities, shipping addresses, and names, etc. If you realize that you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the product has not been delivered, we can assist you in modifying the address. However, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are delivered to an incorrect address or for lost packages. In such cases, the customer may contact the shipping carrier.

The customer accepts full responsibility for filing any claim(s) with the carrier for damaged, stolen, and/or lost shipments. We cannot be held accountable for packages where the tracking information states that the package has been delivered to your order address. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen from your doorstep after being delivered by the carrier. Sui Jewelry cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided.

Please DO NOT refuse delivery as any undelivered packages will be returned or destroyed by the third-party logistics. If an order is rejected and the package is lost or destroyed by the third-party logistics, we will not assume any responsibility. If you need to return an order, please follow the process outlined below.
